The conference aims to address a pressing issue in the Nursing industry—the escalating violence against nurses, its impact on nursing leadership, and the quality of patient care. By bringing together experts, researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world, we seek to foster a collaborative environment that promotes evidence-based nursing practice and education.
